Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee.  In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the air purifier to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised). Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Final’. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange after the air purifier has shipped.

If you make a purchase from outside of the United States, currency conversion charges may be applied by your credit card company and Shopify (the payment processor). You will be responsible for all of these charges.  Act Earth Wise, LLC can only refund in USD up to the full amount of your original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, and there must be a good reason for the return.  In addition, the item must be in the original packaging. You may be charged a restocking fee of $150 at our sole discretion for any returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require you to include your name and order number on the package.  Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Act Earth Wise, LLC reserves the right to withhold up to the full value of the refund if the air purifier is in poor condition upon receipt. A $150 restocking fee may be applied. If the air purifier has been in your possession for 14 days or has been visibly used it will not be eligible for return.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged. If you believe you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please email support at service@citicoco.com.
